The breakfast buffet was a standout, bursting with fresh, organic delights perfect for us plant-based lovers; think green smoothies, wild herb dips, and even vegan cappuccinos! We spent our mornings enjoying hearty outdoor breakfasts with views of the lovely garden, which even offered a cozy BBQ area for evening gatherings by the fire. Location-wise, it was super convenient-only a short bus ride to explore Nuremberg, and we took advantage of bike hire to cycle around the picturesque surroundings.
